Will my treatment be affected by Coronavirus?

Our strict policies and procedures meet and exceed government guidelines ensuring a covid safe environment. Our practitioners are supplied with full level 2 PPE enabling them to follow safe practices.

You will be required to wear a mask whilst moving through our clinic, however some treatments will require your mask to be removed, please follow your practitioners advice.

You must not attend your appointment if you or anyone in your household have been told to self-isolate.

We recommend clients use a rapid home test 24 hours prior to attending an appointment.

Who will perform my treatment?

All of our facial treatments are performed by a fully Qualified Practitioner and overseen by our GP, Dr Christopher Scales.

 

Do facial injections hurt?

Our highly skilled practitioners ensure any discomfort is minimal and skin numbing cream is optional at no extra charge. Check our blog on needle phobia for more information.

Can I get appointments to fit around my busy life?

Yes we hold clinics on evenings, weekdays or weekends to suit busy schedules.

Can you help if I’ve had botched work elsewhere?

Yes, although we cannot reverse poor quality work by another practitioner. Come and see us after the effects have worn off and our dedicated aesthetics team will help you regain your confidence.

What if I have a reaction to the injections?

Using good quality products means that the risk of allergic reactions is very low but our experienced nurses and onsite emergency medical technician are trained to be prepared for every eventuality.

Can you provide treatments at my home?

Yes we can. If coming to our clinic isn’t a suitable option then we can come to you. The cost of this varies so please contact us for a quote.

Can I choose a male of female practitioner?

Yes, if you have a preference of male or female practitioner providing your treatment just tell us when booking your consultation.
